Soup Du Jour (Oct.5)

I've officially made my first pot of soup and bread for the Fall......LET THE SOUP SEASON BEGIN!

RED POTATO, HAM, AND ROASTED CORN CHOWDER topped with parmesan cheese
(no recipe, just made it up...)








served with Homemade Butterflake Biscuit Sticks




Son took some to work in his lunch today and I took what was left to Daughter's house for their dinner tonight since everyone is feeling under the weather


Everyone loved it so I'd better write down this recipe right now before I forget how I made it!
( I feel a Family Soup Cookbook trying to form itself in my brain.....)
